Dear Mr. President, I don’t normally watch the news but today I overheard several people talking about the latest police shooting of a black man by a white police officer.  A quick google search turned up news reports and dizzyingly unsteady cellphone videos of the shooting…and the obligatory “Black Lives Matter” protestors.
